This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries and questions from customers using Claro Internet services through phone calls.

• Handle queries without engaging in sales.

• Be part of a call center team dedicated to Claro clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education completed.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Availability to work full time during afternoon shifts.

• Remote work / home office option available.
