This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answering calls to assist Claro POSTPAID customers with their questions and inquiries.

• We focus solely on Customer Service, with no sales involved.

• Remote Telephone Advisors - 100% remote management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education.

• Formal experience in customer service or sales (minimum 3 months).

• Must have the necessary equipment (Computer or Laptop) to work from home - Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet, and a webcam.
