Atención al Cliente Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and conduct sales

• Provide commercial support and perform cross-selling

• Work a remote shift of 4 hours in the afternoon

• Utilize personal tools for telecommuting

• Respond promptly to contacts via phone calls and WhatsApp

⛳️ Requirements

• Good level of communication and results-oriented

• Proficient in PC use at a user level

• Experience in commercial support or cross-selling preferred

• Availability to work in the afternoon shift

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Personal tools for telecommuting

• Education: High School

• Valued professional experience: 1 year
