Atención al Cliente, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro Perú

• Deliver information to PostPago service customers

• Address questions, inquiries, and/or complaints

• Offer additional benefits to customers

• Adhere to the part-time schedule from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Complete 12 days of paid remote training, from Monday to Saturday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• Must have remote working tools: wired internet, PC, and headset

• No prior experience necessary

• Ability to communicate clearly

• Positive attitude and strong commitment
