This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support for Claro Perú

• Offer information and address inquiries, questions, and/or claims from PostPago service clients

• Present enhanced benefits to customers

• Engage in 12 days of paid remote training

• Work part-time from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Available to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• Must have teleworking tools: wired internet, PC, and headset

• No experience required

• Ability to communicate clearly

• Positive attitude and strong commitment

• Goal-oriented

• Customer service skills

• Communication and persuasion abilities

• Initiative

• Experience or knowledge in Call Center operations
