Atención al Cliente – Pagos Puntuales y Quincenales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls to assist Claro POSTPAID customers with their inquiries and questions

• Provide customer support during PM shifts through remote management

• Participate in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday

• Work shifts from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including a one-hour break

• Have a rotating rest schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Formal experience in customer service or sales (3 months)

• Must have a computer or laptop to work from home

• Windows 11 Pro

• 8 GB of RAM

• Wired internet connection

• Webcam (mandatory)

• Availability for PM shifts and rotating days off
