Atención al Cliente – Pagos Puntuales y Quincenales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls to assist Claro POSTPAID customers with their inquiries and concerns.

• Provide customer support during the PM shift through remote management.

• Engage in paid remote training sessions.

• Adhere to assigned schedules and rotating breaks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• At least 3 months of formal experience in customer service or sales.

• Must have a computer or laptop to work from home.

• Windows 11 Pro required.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Wired internet connection is necessary.

• Webcam is required.

• Full-time availability for the PM shift.

• Availability for training sessions from Monday to Saturday during the PM shift.
