This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answering calls from customers interested in purchasing a product.

• Providing support to customers inquiring about Claro's products through incoming calls.

• Addressing inquiries without engaging in cold sales.

• Participating in paid remote training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Junior High School.

• Open to candidates with or without experience.

• Must have a PC or Laptop running Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.

• Must possess a headset.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps via wired connection.

• Availability to work full-time in the morning shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Remote work from home.
