This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and concerns for Claro.

• Assist Claro Postpaid Front customers with their queries.

• Participate in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

• Work full-time from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with rotating 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour break.

• Have a rotating day off between Thursday and Sunday during the first month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (mandatory).

• A minimum of 3 months of customer service experience (preferred).

• Must have a personal PC or laptop with at least 12 GB of RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 11 Pro.

• Processor should be at least Intel Core 6th generation or Ryzen 3 and above.

• Wired internet connection (no WiFi).

• Functional headset with a microphone.

• Webcam required.

• Remote work from Peru.
