This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries in the Call Center sector

• Handle calls as a Customer Service Advisor

• Work virtually in a 100% remote capacity

• Adhere to rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday

• Participate in paid training sessions

• Achieve productivity targets and engage in contests and incentives

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Junior High School

• Professional experience: No prior experience required

• Availability to work full time from Monday to Sunday

• Willingness to work rotating shifts between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

• Availability for rotating weekly rest days
