This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from Claro Perú customers

• Provide high-quality customer service

• Address inquiries and fulfill requests

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in a Call Center

• Access to a PC or laptop

• Operating on Windows 10

• Processor: Core i3, 5th generation or higher

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headset required

• Webcam must be on during training

• Educational requirement: Junior High School
