ATC Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer specific calls from Claro customers

• Provide the necessary assistance to deliver an effective solution

• Address customer inquiries without making sales

• Participate in paid training sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (a mandatory requirement)

• Completed secondary education

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required

• Must have personal work tools

• PC or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM (verifiable)

• Windows 11 PRO operating system (verifiable)

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

• Functional headset with a microphone (verifiable)

• Webcam (verifiable)

• Availability for shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Willingness to work rotating days off
