This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage regulatory consulting projects.

• Build relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact.

• Oversee project planning, progress, budget, quality, and risk management.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide strategic advice and support in problem-solving for clients.

• Assist in proposal preparation, scoping, and business development.

• Mentor and develop junior team members.

• Lead regulatory consulting projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO, or consulting industries.

• Experience as a project leader or in project management.

• Proven ability in client engagement and stakeholder management.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (direct supervisor is based overseas).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in a science-related field).

• Experience in the life sciences field, including regulatory affairs, development, quality assurance, or medical affairs.

• Experience in consulting services.

• Involvement in proposal activities and business development.

• Experience collaborating with international teams.
