This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the provision of enterprise wireless and secure networking solutions for clients.

• Collaborate with senior consultants and architects, participating in customer projects across design, implementation, and transition to managed service operations.

• Enhance revenue by achieving customer objectives through the design and delivery of Tieva Secure Networks solutions.

• Install, maintain, and support client enterprise networks according to their business needs.

• Visit customer locations to execute projects.

• Seek out new knowledge and share it with the team to foster continuous self-improvement and development.

• Engage in projects through design, staging, installation, documentation, and customer handover based on client specifications.

• Create templates and establish best practices.

• Demonstrate a drive and enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new technologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience conducting wireless site surveys using Ekahau survey tools, including predictive, active, and post-deployment validation surveys, preferably with Ekahau or similar certifications.

• Proficient in interpreting RF survey data and translating insights into actionable design and remediation recommendations.

• Essential hands-on experience with HPE Aruba wireless infrastructure, including access point installation, controller or cloud-managed configuration, basic troubleshooting, and support for optimization activities.

• Required certifications - ACP– Campus access Professional, ACP-Switch Professional.

• Familiar with TCP/IP, Ethernet, Routing, Switching, Security, and related networking concepts at an associate level, with the ability to effectively maintain, configure, and troubleshoot networks.

• Strong documentation skills, the ability to adhere to standard design templates and build standards, and effective communication with clients during both on-site and remote interactions.

• Capable of executing clearly defined tasks within larger project frameworks while appropriately escalating risks or design concerns.

• Comfortable with regular travel to client sites for wireless surveys, troubleshooting, and installations.

• Preferable experience with other network vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, and Meraki.

• Self-driven and able to work independently, using initiative.
