This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in meetings (either in person or virtually) to gain insight into the client’s background and operations.
• Distribute questionnaires to clients to clarify their requirements, if necessary.
• Perform assessment studies for clients, typically at their offices (or remotely in certain instances).
• Determine client goals and objectives for each clinical function or activity.
• Identify areas where the client can improve.
• Recognize potential IKS solutions that may fulfill the client’s needs.
• Outline the scope of work and the specific tasks that IKS will undertake.
• Establish how we will organize the workflow, including hand-offs between the IKS team and the client team.
• Define the operational model and organizational structure for the delivery team based in India.
• Specify which metrics we will monitor to assess the success of our service delivery.
• Create an implementation roadmap for the key activities necessary to initiate and establish operations.
• Analyze clients’ current costs, monitor competitive pricing (if applicable), determine appropriate pricing for our services, and estimate potential IKS profit margins from the engagement.
• Develop proposals and presentations that showcase the IKS solution for the client.
• Create materials that illustrate IKS capabilities and explain why clients should select IKS for their needs.
• Estimate the financial benefits (such as cost reductions and revenue increases) and non-financial benefits (like patient satisfaction and onboarding new physicians) that clients can realize from the IKS solution.
• Write proposals, case studies, brochures, leaflets, and other client-facing documents.
• Oversee, mentor, and support the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions.
• Provide insights to the IKS Product Management team to enhance our products and services.
• Attend client meetings alongside the IKS sales team as required.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in client-facing, managerial, and consultative roles within healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management, with a minimum of 5 years at the Director level.
• Previous experience in revenue cycle consulting, including conducting assessment studies and writing reports, particularly in an acute care or hospital environment.
• Innovative mindset, strong diagnostic abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Capability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting with multiple stakeholders across various locations.
• Proficient in coaching, supporting, and supervising other team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google tools, including PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
