This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead vital business negotiations that will influence the future trajectory of our organization.
• Identify suitable partners, comprehend their requirements, and present Urbix Hub as the optimal solution.
• Assist in funding rounds and manage investor relations.
• Provide insights for product development and market positioning.
• Craft engaging proposals that effectively convey our vision to important stakeholders.
• Juggle responsibilities across essential business functions: sales, strategy, and business development.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to transform ambitious ideas into practical plans.
• Enhance and refine our go-to-market strategy leveraging advanced AI and analytics tools.
• Spot and seize strategic opportunities across various business domains.
• Proficient in both German and English at a C1 level.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• A Bachelor's degree (we're flexible on the field, provided you have at least one year of B2B sales experience).
• Ability to transform complex concepts into engaging narratives and persuade others.
• A natural problem solver who is self-motivated, inquisitive, and creative.
• Quick learner capable of independently navigating challenges (self-motivation is key!).
• Open to experimenting, learning from failures, and iterating on ideas.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for AI, yet personable enough to engage in meaningful conversations.
• A good sense of humor is a significant advantage.
• Monthly stipend ranging from €2,200 to €2,500 (supported by public innovation initiatives).
• Full-time role with a tangible impact (we're flexible if you're a master's student — we can make arrangements).
