This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
⢠Create and implement strategies aimed at achieving patient implant and revenue objectives, facilitating the success and integration of CVRx technologies.
⢠Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals and clinics, to cultivate enduring partnerships.
⢠Acquire a deep understanding of the intricate physiological and technical aspects of CVRx therapies to effectively articulate their advantages.
⢠Assist the sales process by providing product demonstrations and training healthcare professionals on implantable devices.
⢠Showcase CVRx devices to cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgeons, ensuring they grasp the clinical benefits and applications.
⢠Offer hands-on assistance during implant procedures, follow-up care, and troubleshooting to guarantee successful patient outcomes.
⢠Examine sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling additional products.
⢠Represent CVRx at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
⢠Address client feedback and resolve issues swiftly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
⢠Play a key role in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
⢠BS/University degree in health sciences or engineering, or a combination of relevant experience and education may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
⢠Solid understanding of disease states impacting the heart (cardiology, cardiovascular, heart failure, etc.) and their treatment through medical device interventions, with priority given to specific heart-failure experience.
⢠Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx personnel.
⢠Proven capability to grasp concepts related to medical and surgical fields, as well as active implantable medical device technology.
⢠Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills; persuasive communication, outstanding presentation abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
⢠Technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
⢠Innate ability to influence, self-assured, resilient, and adept at resolving complex issues.
⢠Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter.

⢠Valid state driver's license with no limitations on use.

⢠Valid identification for domestic air travel within the U.S.
⢠Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, at least 4 days per week.
