• Assist in the launch of systems, ensuring their adoption and procedural success across designated accounts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists during case coverage to facilitate seamless transitions from the Capital and Launch teams.
• Provide training and support to surgeons, operating room, and office personnel on system setup, workflow, and scheduling of procedures.
• Monitor and document the progression of surgeons through the surgeon pathway, ensuring they meet required onboarding and competency milestones in line with Surgeon Pathway 2.0.
• Establish early relationships with office staff and surgeons to comprehend the surgeon pathway and assist with procedural scheduling.
• Aid Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and achieving goals.
• Support field demonstrations, workshops, and marketing events to enhance awareness and engagement.
• Collect feedback from key stakeholders to assist Marketing and R&D in improving products and programs.
• Oversee CRM documentation, expense reports, and various administrative responsibilities.
• Upload case logs for all cases covered in accordance with policy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or a B2B background.
• Proven success in customer engagement and technical proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (primarily within the domestic region).
• As a condition of employment, you must demonstrate clinical proficiency to independently cover a case within 60 days following graduation from our internal sales training program, Aqua Academy.
