This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Navigate and address account challenges with customized solutions
• Develop strategic territory plans to enhance product demand and improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and colleagues at the home office
• Assess market, competitive, and cross-functional dynamics to foresee opportunities and challenges
• Leverage territory data and market trends to discover local insights and assist in pull-through efforts
• Lead both virtual and face-to-face customer engagements
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to tackle complex issues
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services
• Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to customize customer outreach
• Act as the main point of contact for accounts and healthcare providers
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Recent experience (within the last 5 years) in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams, or in comparable complex sales environments
• Associate-level candidates may have limited prior sales experience
• Demonstrated history of consistent high performance
• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key clients
• Analytical skills to prioritize and apply information effectively to resolve customer issues
• Ethical leadership with the ability to foster ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Must reside within the territory or be within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a broad geography and to drive or fly within the territory
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required
• Associate level: recently separated US Military candidates with 4+ years of military leadership experience, or applicants with limited prior sales experience
• Territory Account Specialist level: at least 2 years of experience in a relevant specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B or similarly complex sales role within the last 5 years
• Senior Territory Account Specialist level: at least 5 years of relevant experience within the last 5 years
• Executive Territory Account Specialist level: at least 10 years of relevant experience within the last 5 years
• Performance-based cash incentive
