Associate Technical Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive system installations, which include site preparation, equipment setup, configuration, and validation in accordance with Evolv standards.

• Provide customized operator and administrator training specific to customer verticals, ensuring seamless adoption and confidence in system utilization.

• Offer on-site assistance during the initial live operations, troubleshoot minor issues, and verify readiness before transitioning responsibility.

• Attain Professional Service Technician certifications for all generations of Evolv Express and Expedite.

• Participate in live customer installations to gain insights into real-world deployments.

• Support go-live activities from beginning to end, ensuring that operators, supervisors, and stakeholders are adequately prepared.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively, with more than 70% of your time spent on the road, typically involving 3–5 days away from home each week.

• Ability to lift and position proprietary equipment, employing safety gear and trained techniques for secure handling.

• Capacity to stand and perform physically demanding tasks for prolonged periods; certain events may necessitate shifts of 12–15 hours, with suitable meal and rest breaks provided.
