This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete recruitment process for various positions, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer assistance.

• Identify and source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Evaluate resumes and perform initial candidate screenings to determine suitable role fit, motivation, and communication abilities.

• Organize interviews, manage scheduling, and collect feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

• Keep precise and current candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and consistency in processes.

• Contribute to recruiting projects and enhancements as the team grows, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding strategies.

• Help maintain hiring operations that are organized, responsive, and efficient.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or similar roles (recent graduates with a keen interest in recruiting are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Comfort with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

• A proactive and learning-oriented attitude, along with a willingness to receive feedback.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and follow through consistently.

• Previous recruiting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
