This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share within the designated territory.
• Identify key commercial and/or government hospitals, medical centers, surgical facilities, and related organizations.
• Promote and market the Company’s surgical products and tissues.
• Engage with established agency partners and customers while cultivating new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet specified sales performance targets.
• Identify, define, and implement market opportunities through effective marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Attain balanced revenue growth from customer accounts through targeted sales channels.
• Conduct presentations to agencies, customers, and prospects, both in large groups and individually, regarding company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve commission-related issues for agencies in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal support teams.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and tracking of sales activities along with territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry activities, updates, and local market trends.
• Utilize scientific medical research to enhance understanding of product and tissue characteristics, results, and outcomes.
• Define and establish territory plans to achieve current sales objectives and foster long-term territory growth.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to promote direct surgical growth and teamwork within shared accounts.
• Oversee contract compliance with agencies and their representation of products.
• Ensure that agencies are trained and adhere to regulatory requirements and reporting protocols.
• Regularly travel locally and/or over long distances within the assigned territory.
• BS/BA in a relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field, including 1-3 years in progressively responsible positions, or demonstrable capability.
• Alternatively, an MS/MA with 1-3 years of related field experience.
• Certification in certain areas is mandatory.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience with high-growth organizations and building relationships that contributed to the organization’s expansion.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to engage with all levels of management, both internally and externally, as well as with customers.
• Capability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes through persistence and diplomacy.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities, along with strategic and technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in analyzing markets, crafting sales strategies, and presenting clinical and scientific data to healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and receiving recognition.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and driving top-line results, consistently achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to cultivate a moderate-sized network of relationships with healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, clinicians, program directors, etc.).
