This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +4 more states.
• Deliver technical assistance to customers via phone and email through our ticketing system.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges associated with our systems, products, and services, escalating issues to internal team members when necessary.
• Record customer interactions in our ticketing system.
• Manage customer expectations and act as a bridge between our clients and internal departments.
• Achieve SLA response and resolution targets by collaborating with L1, L2, and L3 Support teams.
• Conduct thorough research and documentation of customer technical issues.
• Stay updated with company product enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with Technical Support team members on various strategic initiatives as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for conveying technical concepts.
• Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Apps and Web applications (preferred).
• Experience with SQL or similar technologies (preferred).
• Understanding of database architecture (preferred).
• Knowledge of relational databases (preferred).
