This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Enhance the depth and breadth of client relationships by collaborating closely with them to gain a thorough understanding of their business strategies, needs, and challenges, as well as how Zelis can assist in achieving those objectives.
• Oversee and manage revenue targets, including budgets, forecasts, and product usage analysis for the assigned portfolio.
• Accountable for client renewals and retention efforts.
• Effectively lead contract negotiations with their supervisor and manage the entire life cycle of renewing client agreements while seeking opportunities to expand the partnership.
• Proactively identify and address risks, such as declines in volume, service gaps, and shifts in client relationships.
• Propel revenue growth through the optimization of existing products, while understanding and articulating key differentiators, product strategy, features, and functionalities.
• Successfully discover and assess growth opportunities to provide exceptional value to clients.
• Conduct and facilitate all client business reviews and account plans to maximize value within the client's portfolio.
• Guarantee industry-leading quality service delivery and client satisfaction, with metrics including proactive client management, timely escalation and resolution of issues, and transforming clients into loyal advocates.
• Preferred bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in a client management role within the Payer space.
• Background in healthcare, including insurance companies or experience with cost management, electronic payments, and/or healthcare communications solutions.
• Proven success in revenue management and increased utilization within an assigned portfolio of mid to large enterprise clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and meeting management abilities.
• Capability to tailor messages to specific audiences.
• Demonstrated collaboration with key business partners, including Sales, Operations, Product, Services, and Marketing.
• Ability to anticipate future trends and integrate them into business review planning.
• Proficient in formal and informal communication with VPs and Executive Leadership; exhibits enterprise thinking and has the capacity to influence; proven ability to impact across a matrix and with leadership.
• Experience utilizing data and reporting to accurately identify client and industry trends; adept at synthesizing data into engaging narratives.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and address client concerns, feedback, and manage discussions with clients effectively.
• Travel expected to be 30-40% (primarily domestic for internal and external meetings).
