This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate, tag, and categorize retail product information (including product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes) to enhance search relevance and product visibility.
• Consistently implement standardized guidelines and classification rules across various tasks.
• Detect data inconsistencies, missing attributes, or unclear cases and escalate these issues to the team lead when necessary.
• Uphold high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency while achieving set quality benchmarks and turnaround times.
• Conduct quality assurance by reviewing, correcting, or reprocessing data to ensure alignment with program specifications.
• Eliminate duplicate or erroneous entries to maintain a clean and trustworthy product catalog.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to shared objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned to support product search and classification initiatives.
• Show adaptability by adjusting to changes in guidelines, tools, or workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum C1 Level of Proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to adhere to structured guidelines and taxonomies.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or retail product catalogs.
• Ability to accurately process repetitive tasks while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Proficient with computers and commonly used tools (spreadsheets, web-based platforms).
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail operations, data annotation, search relevance, or product catalog management (preferred).
• Familiarity with product taxonomies, ontologies, or classification systems (preferred).
• Experience in search relevance, query-product matching, or product attribute enrichment tasks (preferred).
• Comfort in handling large datasets and rule-based decision-making frameworks (preferred).
• Exposure to quality assurance processes or audit-based workflows (preferred).
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, guidelines, and domain-specific concepts (preferred).
• Be curious and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (preferred).
