Associate Solutions Engineer, Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Travel nationwide to venues for event installations and support.

• Set up and dismantle systems for events.

• Train venue personnel and event-day operators.

• Provide on-site support during the event launch.

• Conduct site assessments and pre-event preparations.

• Certify and train partners as necessary.

• Collaborate with venue operators and security teams.

• Manage event logistics and equipment distribution.

• Offer on-site assistance and troubleshooting during events.

• Foster a positive customer experience.

• Maintain professional certifications across Evolv Express systems.

• Safely lift and position proprietary equipment.

• Engage in pre-event and presales activities.

• Develop and implement deployment strategies.

• Continuously enhance event processes and standards.

• Proven experience in event management and support.

• Strong communication and training skills.

• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment safely.

• Familiarity with event logistics and operations.

• Certification in relevant systems is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
