• Collaborate with the Neo4j sales team to support all stages of the pre-sales process.
• Play a crucial role in the Neo4j sales team by effectively convincing potential users of the benefits and advantages of graph database technology.
• Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the advantages of graph database technology.
• Assist in the design and creation of prototype solutions and 'Proof of Concepts' (POCs) that illustrate the functional capabilities of Neo4j.
• Aid in the development of solution architectures that meet the technical requirements of customer projects.
• Help prepare technical solution proposals and documentation for customer engineering and management teams.
• Support technical discovery sessions to gain insight into prospective customers' environments and requirements.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position (e.g., Junior Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Support, or Technical Consulting).
• Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling concepts; experience with SQL or NoSQL is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• A keen interest in acquiring new technologies and tackling complex technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to small groups.
• A foundational understanding of the sales process and a proactive mindset in managing technical tasks effectively.
• Capability to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
