Associate Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement applications utilizing React.js, Next.js, Node.js, .NET/C#, and headless DXP platforms.

• Leverage AI tools and best practices to improve coding, testing, and delivery processes.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across various sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, and retail.

• Engage in full-stack contributions, covering user interfaces, databases, and services.

• Assist with third-party integrations and deployment tasks.

• Take part in Agile Scrum ceremonies, aiding in work estimation and planning.

• Enhance your skills through RDA’s Continuous Learning program.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience in a cloud setting, specifically with React.js and Next.js.

• Proven experience in integrating AI tools within the software development cycle.

• Solid understanding of .NET fundamentals and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with C# is advantageous.

• Additional qualifications include experience with Node.js, a CMS (preferably headless), and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
