Associate – Serious Injury – Grade A Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of intricate serious injury claims from the initial strategy phase through to resolution.

• Take the lead on matters related to liability, quantum, rehabilitation, interim payments, and settlement strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients, their families, legal counsel, medical experts, and other specialists.

• Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to junior staff members.

• Contribute to maintaining high standards of technical excellence, teamwork, and client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) or equivalent senior-level expertise in serious injury cases.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex serious injury matters that involve liability and quantum.

• Exceptional technical skills and a strong understanding of litigation and court procedures.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality client care.

• Experience in mentoring or overseeing junior team members.

• Strong commercial insight and sound professional judgment.
