Associate Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Implement mitigation strategies to avert vector attacks

• Conduct advanced packet analysis to detect attacks and vulnerabilities in the network

• Oversee and document technical issues, responses, and requests

• Deliver customer support to address and resolve network and connectivity problems

• Interact with customers regarding challenges, mitigation analyses, updates, and outcomes

• Manage the central alerting system for identifying and mitigating the effects of attacks

• Participate in critical network and attack-related events for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Understanding of internet fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP, and the Suite of IP Protocols

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to update internal documentation effectively

• Enthusiasm and capability to learn new tools and technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with common OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and their relation to internet service compromises or attacks

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
