This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conceptualize, develop, and evaluate various types of materials across a diverse array of project types.
• Ensure that projects demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients’ product strategies and communication goals.
• Produce client-ready deliverables that are thoroughly researched, technically precise, well-written, and align with client objectives.
• Assume responsibility for the quality of work produced by junior team members.
• Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to junior writers.
• Facilitate client meetings and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations and strategic advice.
• Track project recoverability and uphold high-quality standards.
• Advanced, doctoral-level degree (Ph.D., M.D., PharmD, etc.).
• 5–7 years of experience in the medical communications sector.
• Proficiency in more than one therapy area with extensive experience applicable to new scenarios.
• Exceptional scientific and editorial skills along with well-developed communication abilities.
• Proven experience in fostering strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Capability to critically assess deliverables for scientific accuracy and integrity.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior writers.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements.
