
Associate Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated areas and strategic accounts,
• Manage incoming inquiries, billing, order processing, and provide support to internal teams.
• Oversee key accounts, execute projects focused on optimization and retention, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with strategic accounts to foster education and maintain strong relationships through proactive outreach.
• Leverage data to enhance processes, monitor progress, and pinpoint engagement opportunities.
• Effectively communicate customer needs to internal teams, guaranteeing alignment and success for the customer.
• Work collaboratively to refine processes and stimulate growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support is preferred; ideally in the biotech, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals sectors.
• Exceptional presentation, training, coaching, and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, coaching, advising, problem-solving, and facilitation.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable interacting with customers both remotely and in person.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
