Associate Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients, offering dependable consultation and support throughout their journey.

• Conduct cold calls beyond assigned accounts to generate leads for Censis products and services.

• Partner with Regional Account Managers to comprehend customer needs and provide customized solutions, which include product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service training.

• Aid in the formulation and execution of strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and maximizing the effectiveness of Censis solutions.

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers, ensuring optimal use and effectiveness of our products and services.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain our dedication to delivering seamless customer experiences.

• Work with both internal and external stakeholders to support various projects as needed, such as new product launches, process enhancements, or customer-specific initiatives.

• Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing customer requirements.

• Interact with local chapters of professional organizations like AAMI and AORN, as well as regional buying groups to develop connections and stay updated.

• Utilize tools, systems, and dashboards to proactively assess sales performance and drive ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 0-4 years of customer-facing experience in a corporate setting.

• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.

• Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including air travel.

• Must be comfortable working in hospital environments.

• Residence must fall within the designated territory.
