This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Trusted Partner Role: As a Verathon Associate Sales Representative, you will collaborate with a Territory Manager in a designated sales region, supporting the strategic promotion and sale of Verathon's Airway portfolio to fulfill customer needs.
• Conduct Product Evaluations: You will perform product assessments in various environments, including the Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Units (ICU), Emergency Departments (ED), and Emergency Medical Service (EMS), while effectively showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Achieve and Exceed Revenue Goals: You will help manage your assigned territory and work towards surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Your role will involve pursuing new leads and evaluating customer needs to optimize sales and achieve quotas.
• Market Understanding: You will gain practical experience and training in product and clinical knowledge, account management, sales strategies, business acumen, hospital protocols, and compliance standards. You will continuously enhance your understanding of the complete product portfolio, keeping abreast of product updates, clinical studies, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate them in the marketplace.
• Relationship Building: You will cultivate and maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders, including clinicians, key opinion leaders, and health system partners, while also strengthening connections with internal stakeholders such as customer care, marketing, and commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in emergency and operating room settings.
• Able to fulfill vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine).
• Willingness and capability to spend up to 90% of your time in the field, which includes some weekends and overnight travel (averaging 5-7 nights per month), potentially extending beyond the assigned territory to attend annual sales meetings, regional gatherings, and/or medical education events as necessary.
• Must be insurable, hold a valid driver's license, and possess a personal vehicle to transport product inventory to customer sites.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must reside within the Atlanta area.
• Base Salary: $75,000.
• Additional Commission Potential: $20,000 (This is based on 100% achievement of sales targets and regional quota performance. Actual earned variable compensation may vary based on target and quota attainment).
