
Associate Sales Representative, Acute Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage with current and potential Acute and Primary Care clients within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with account executives, area vice presidents, clinical consultants, sales engineers, solution architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Market the full range of Welch Allyn products and systems primarily through Phone, Email, and Virtual interactions, targeting various sectors including C-suite, nursing administration, cardiology, radiology, respiratory care, medical/surgical floors, emergency departments, clinical informatics, IT, biomed, and materials management.
• Accountable for executing the entire sales cycle, which includes prioritizing opportunities, accurate forecasting, and qualifying smaller dollar sales opportunities in small hospitals and primary care settings.
• This position will entail significant prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
• This role may also involve coordinating demos for Baxter's Account Executives.
• Utilize business intelligence and sales analysis tools and reports to enhance and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage all administrative responsibilities associated with the role, including extensive updates and tasks within Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous, particularly in the medical and/or capital equipment sectors, but not mandatory.
• A solid grasp of Windows-based applications, including proficiency in Word and Excel, alongside CRM or Salesforce.com experience, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work independently.
• Ability to comprehend the needs of and influence individuals from nursing staff to C-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively monitor sales activities, develop sales strategies, understand local market dynamics and competitive trends, and conduct sales deal analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competence in structuring sales deals, collaborating with team members, and achieving critical milestones in the sales cycle.
