• Engage with existing and potential Acute and Primary Care clients within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with account executives, area vice presidents, clinical consultants, sales engineers, solution architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Market the entire range of Welch Allyn products and systems, primarily through Phone, Email, and Virtual channels.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle execution, which includes opportunity prioritization, accurate forecasting, and qualification of smaller sales opportunities, particularly in small hospitals and primary care facilities.
• This position will necessitate significant prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
• This role may also involve scheduling demonstrations for Baxter's Account Executives.
• Utilize business intelligence and sales analysis tools and reports to enhance and improve opportunities.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities associated with the role, including thorough updates and work in Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in selling medical and/or capital equipment, but not mandatory.
• A solid grasp of Windows-based applications, including proficiency in Word and Excel, as well as experience with CRM or Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• Capability to comprehend the needs of and influence individuals from nurses to C-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively manage sales activities, develop sales strategies, understand local market dynamics and competitive trends, and analyze sales deals.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in structuring sales deals, collaborating with team members, and achieving critical milestones in the sales cycle.
