This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Quickly gain in-depth knowledge of a designated range of Granicus solutions to effectively assist throughout the sales process.
β’ Conduct standard and slightly tailored product demonstrations for both prospects and customers.
β’ Aid in discovery initiatives to comprehend customer needs and document how solutions align with those requirements.
β’ Help with defining solutions and contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities through the technical validation phases.
β’ Manage demo environments, scripts, and reusable resources to ensure uniformity and efficiency.
β’ Offer insights to Product and Enablement teams regarding consistent customer needs.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing technical position.
β’ Excellent presentation and communication abilities with a talent for clearly articulating technical concepts.
β’ Proven capacity to quickly learn new technologies and apply them in discussions with customers.
β’ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
β’ Comfortable operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
β’ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred for regional engagement.
