This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate on various Real World Evidence projects alongside cross-functional teams
• Act as the analytical authority on assigned projects
• Prepare and execute analyses utilizing both primary and secondary data
• Create study protocols and analytical plans
• Design and implement Real World Evidence studies
• Present study findings to both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct assessments of data feasibility, generate analytic datasets, carry out data analyses, and draft study reports
• Independently perform data preparation and analysis tasks
• Provide recommendations to clients and team members regarding study trajectories
• Proactively identify and address facilitators and obstacles to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks
• Master’s degree in a field related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
• Proficient in one or more programming languages or tools, including R, Python, SQL, or SAS
• 0–2 years of relevant research experience, which may include research conducted during undergraduate or graduate studies
• Ability to function effectively both independently and within a diverse team environment
• Strong organizational capabilities, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Eagerness and enthusiasm for learning and knowledge sharing
