This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhance ongoing renewable project initiatives
• Discover development opportunities through market evaluations, identifying critical flaws, and preliminary site assessments
• Formulate competitive pricing strategies and oversee resource evaluation procedures
• Acquire site control by negotiating leases, easements, and other agreements with property owners
• Analyze and monitor trends in the power market
• Manage communication efforts with landowners
• Lead the process of obtaining necessary local, state, and/or federal permits
• Represent Invenergy LLC to customers, landowners, state and local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Initiate and oversee generation interconnection activities
• Assist in project budgeting and scheduling
• Manage tasks in accordance with budgets and timelines, coordinating both internal and external technical support
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the renewable/clean energy sector or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of clean and renewable energy project development processes
• Excellent organizational, networking, leadership, time management, and accounting skills
• Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in writing clear and concise reports
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship currently or in the future
• Familiarity with energy project development, real estate development, transmission, and power project engineering is a plus
• Preference for candidates located in the San Francisco, San Diego, or Los Angeles metro areas
• Annual bonus potential ranging from 20% to 30%
