This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Formulate sales and client relationship management strategies for intricate regional advisors within the territory.
• Design, oversee, and adjust lead generation plans aimed at establishing new revenue channels.
• Investigate industry trends, competitive offerings, and the business environments of clients.
• Manage essential client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, responsiveness, problem resolution, compliance, and risk management.
• Advise clients on T. Rowe Price products and services to foster account growth.
• Guarantee adherence to sales policies and initiatives.
• Meet significant sales objectives in collaboration with territory partners and specialists.
• Promote products and services to intermediary clients and high-performing advisors.
• Create territory-specific business plans and spearhead new business initiatives.
• Identify and assess prospects, cultivate trusted advisor relationships, and influence the adoption of solutions.
• Coordinate sales opportunities across various T. Rowe Price business units.
• Develop messaging, tactics, and relationship management strategies for targeted engagements.
• Maintain direct management responsibilities for key clients and travel frequently within the territory to meet clients.
• Analyze complex data, trends, strategy alterations, and key metrics to provide advisory services to clients.
• Act as a sales consultant and manage the targeted delivery of products and services.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with management and collaborate with team partners.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of pertinent work experience.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Professional designation is preferred.
• Exceptional consultative and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of capital markets and the competitive landscape.
• Awareness of best practices, emerging regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings.
• FINRA licenses are essential and will be supported for this position.
