Associate Regional Director – Columbia Cascades

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of the regional office to execute the regional function, ensuring a thriving Young Life ministry in the area.

• Create an annual personal development plan that nurtures a dynamic spiritual journey.

• Guide teams and individuals in their spiritual growth.

• Support the regional director in articulating a vision to reach “every kid” in the region.

• Collaborate with the regional director to attract, interview, hire, and position staff in the region.

• Ensure that all Young Life ministry activities are formulated and executed with a reliance on prayer.

• Aid areas in establishing committees and spearheading fundraising strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of Core Training — Phase One.

• Demonstrated spiritual leadership.

• Proven experience in cultivating diverse staff and ministries.

• Strong interpersonal skills with both youth and adults.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to uphold confidentiality.

• Possesses the potential and capability to serve as a regional director.
