Associate Regional Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Merchant Relationship Management: Take ownership of a designated portfolio of merchant accounts within the territory, conducting regular field visits to foster relationships with store managers and staff, while acting as the primary point of contact for merchant needs and building trust and rapport.

• Onboarding and Training: Implement new merchant onboarding processes and provide in-store training, drive application submissions, and promote adoption behaviors with a sense of urgency post-onboarding.

• In-Store Execution: Conduct intentional, high-quality store visits aimed at execution and reinforcing superior performance, identify shortcomings, and offer real-time coaching to enhance application volume and conversion rates.

• Performance Monitoring: Assess account-level performance against territory quotas, recognize underperforming merchants, and develop and implement corrective action plans.

• CRM Discipline: Record all store visits and merchant interactions, document observations, actions taken, and clearly defined next steps in HubSpot to ensure precise territory records.

• Collaboration and Field Alignment: Collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers to establish territory priorities and focus on accounts, coordinate with cross-functional internal sales partners, and support wider regional initiatives and execution strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles.

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

• Experience in retail, lease-to-own, or consumer financing sectors is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Map My Customers.

• Previous field sales or account support experience.
