Associate Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take full responsibility for the hiring process for a range of roles within FINN's Growth department (Sales, Account Management, and Marketing), ensuring a smooth, appreciative, and efficient candidate experience from the initial interaction to the job offer.

• You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements, agree on candidate profiles, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire recruitment process.

• You will actively source, engage, and cultivate top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, establishing sustainable pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

• You will perform structured recruiter interviews and provide high-quality candidate evaluations, consistently upholding FINN's rigorous hiring standards.

• You will utilize recruiting data and AI-driven tools to assess funnel health, pinpoint areas for optimization, and continuously enhance sourcing effectiveness, hiring speed, and candidate quality.

• You will work closely with the broader People team to refine recruiting processes, utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Lever), and contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives related to Talent Attraction, Selection Quality, and Stakeholder Relations.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a systematic approach to work, attention to detail, and confidence in using recruiting tools, AI, and data to enhance your efforts.

• A solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, with a hands-on approach and the capability to address challenges while balancing quality and speed.

• Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset, demonstrating openness to feedback, continuous learning, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Professional fluency in both German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Nice to have: Initial experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a customer-facing role that requires strong stakeholder management skills.

• Nice to have: Exposure to a rapidly growing startup, scale-up, or other high-performance environments.

• Nice to have: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
