This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Seek out and identify candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and various sourcing tools.
• Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
• Assess candidates based on job specifications and determine their alignment for submission.
• Provide qualified candidates with clear, concise, and professional summaries.
• Keep accurate and current candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and recruiters.
• Actively follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Remain knowledgeable about market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring activities.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• A strong passion for recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• High degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Comfortable utilizing technology, recruiting tools, and interacting with people.
• Experience with sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.
• Prior experience in client-facing, sales, or administrative positions.
