This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Organize and schedule all interview activities, including phone screenings, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across various time zones.
• Oversee candidate communication throughout the interviewing process, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and feedback collection, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
• Keep accurate and timely updates in the ATS and other necessary systems.
• Implement targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to create diverse candidate pipelines; evaluate candidates against job criteria and provide summarized shortlists for Recruiter review.
• Review job listings across internal and external job boards for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Assist in maintaining the talent pipeline, managing candidate nurture sequences, and handling pre-employment documentation including offer letters and background check initiations.
• Contribute to recruiting reports and analytics, including metrics on time-to-schedule, fill rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
• Participate in career fairs, campus events, and networking activities under Recruiter supervision as needed.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions; aim to meet or exceed department-established performance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional setting.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (e.g., Noon, HireEZ).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP.
• Experience in candidate sourcing across a variety of roles.
• Basic understanding of employment law and EEO compliance.
• Proficient in ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and/or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime, or similar).
• Advanced skills in Google/Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities at once.
• High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Technologically adept with the capacity to serve as a TA Systems Administrator.
• Residing in Eastern Europe and willing to work in a PST time zone.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
