This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Coordinate and organize all interview-related activities including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across various time zones.
• Oversee candidate communication throughout the interview process, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and feedback collection, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
• Keep accurate and timely updates in the ATS and other necessary systems.
• Conduct targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to create diverse candidate pipelines; screen applicants against job specifications and provide summarized shortlists for Recruiter evaluation.
• Review job postings across both internal and external job boards for accuracy and consistency with the brand.
• Assist in maintaining the talent pipeline, managing candidate nurture sequences, and preparing pre-employment documents including offer letters and initiating background checks.
• Help with recruiting metrics and analytics, including time-to-schedule, fill rates, and the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
• Participate in career fairs, campus events, and networking activities as directed by the Recruiter.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions; strive to meet or exceed the performance standards established by the department.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a comparable fast-paced professional environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (e.g., Noon, HireEZ).
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP.
• Experience in candidate sourcing across various roles.
• Basic understanding of employment law and EEO compliance.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and/or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime, or similar).
• Strong skills in using Google/Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize competing tasks simultaneously.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Systems-savvy with the capacity to function as a TA Systems Administrator.
• Residing in Eastern Europe and willing to work within a PST time zone.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
