This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and arrange all interview activities, including phone screenings, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across various time zones.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and feedback collection, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS and other necessary systems.
• Implement targeted sourcing campaigns utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to create diverse candidate pipelines; screen candidates based on job requirements and provide summarized shortlists for Recruiter evaluation.
• Review job postings across internal and external job boards to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Assist in maintaining the talent pipeline, candidate nurture sequences, and pre-employment documentation, including offer letters and background check initiations.
• Support recruiting analytics and reporting, including time-to-schedule, fill metrics, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
• Participate in career fairs, campus events, and networking activities under the guidance of the Recruiter as needed.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions; strive to maintain or exceed performance standards established by the department.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (e.g., Noon, HireEZ).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP.
• Experience in candidate sourcing for a diverse range of roles.
• Basic understanding of employment law and EEO compliance.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and/or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime, or similar).
• Strong skills in using Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s), with effective navigation and utilization skills in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Capable of managing multiple schedules and competing priorities simultaneously.
• A strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional setting.
