Associate Recruiter

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete recruitment process for various roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer assistance.

• Identify candidates using a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Evaluate resumes and perform initial candidate screenings to determine basic fit for the role, motivation levels, and communication skills.

• Organize interviews, manage scheduling, and gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

• Keep candidate records accurate and current in the ATS, ensuring the quality of data and consistency of processes.

• Contribute to recruiting projects and process enhancements as the team expands, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining organized, responsive, and efficient hiring operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or similar fields (recent graduates with a keen interest in recruiting are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

• A proactive, learning-focused attitude and receptiveness to feedback.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently follow through.

• (Previous recruiting experience is advantageous but not essential. Attitude, curiosity, and execution are prioritized.)
