Associate Project Manager – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage coordination across multiple concurrent projects, handling up to 10–15 engagements.

• Guide the complete project delivery lifecycle, from initiation and resource allocation to governance, final documentation, and formal closure.

• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies adhering to project governance standards.

• Keep project documentation up to date, including status reports, action logs, RAID logs, and meeting summaries.

• Act as a proactive point of contact for customers, aligning progress, managing expectations, and diplomatically addressing challenges when necessary.

• Assist in workshops, design sessions, and technical delivery checkpoints with consultants and architects.

• Adhere to delivery methodologies and processes to guarantee consistency and quality.

• Supervise project financials, including hours, burn rate, and consumption; take ownership of routine invoicing and reporting.

• Collaborate with Services, Sales, Support, and Partners to accomplish project tasks.

• Document lessons learned and facilitate retrospective sessions.

• Identify obstacles, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.

• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the project delivery team.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to independently prioritize across multiple simultaneous engagements.

• A keen interest in delivery excellence, process enhancement, and structured working methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.

• Quick learning ability in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

• Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and similar applications.

• A collaborative approach and eagerness to assist teammates.

• PMI or Agile fundamentals certifications are advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
