This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead UBC initiatives to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Supervise and coordinate project-related tasks, maintaining direct oversight for ongoing tracking, management, and follow-up on assignments and deliverables.
• Manage projects in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and within the agreed budget, including consulting agreements.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal SERRM Scientists to ensure consistent communication to sponsors, particularly for consulting services.
• Guarantee that projects are executed in compliance with UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Function as the primary liaison between UBC and Sponsor(s), including Project Management Office (PMO) projects that represent Shared Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) consortiums involving multiple Sponsors.
• Prepare or collaborate with an internal multidisciplinary team to produce deliverables.
• Conduct internal project and client meetings.
• Present updates at client meetings and during internal project review sessions.
• Monitor and communicate the delivery and/or completion of project deliverables to track revenue recognition, invoicing, and follow-up.
• Conduct and document research, as needed, concerning the current landscape of FDA-approved products, relevant safety attributes, and regulatory processes/nuances.
• Assist subject matter experts in presenting research findings to Sponsor(s).
• As required, work beyond regular business hours and on weekends to meet critical deadlines (e.g., FDA submissions).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of direct project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools, including Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project).
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, self-motivated, and driven by quality.
